About Wild Rivers Electric

Proudly serving the North Coast since 2023

Wild Rivers Electric was founded by Nick Hawthorne in 2023 to bring high-quality solar and electrical services to Humboldt and Del Norte Counties. Nick grew up in Crescent City, CA, and earned his degree in Environmental Geology from UC Santa Cruz.

After working as a local geologist for seven years, he transitioned into the solar and electrical industry in 2018. Today, Nick proudly serves the communities of McKinleyville, Crescent City, and the surrounding areas.

When he's not helping homeowners harness the power of the sun, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, kayaking the Smith River, and paragliding over the beautiful Northern California landscape.
